Our approach
At Ahikāroa we believe in sustainable housing and choice for tāngata whai ora.
Partnership is at the heart our work. Every step is a collaboration between tangata whai ora, whānau, referrer, key worker, residential provider and other supports.
In this way, we can better understand the needs of the people we support and honour their dreams of what a home and community means for them.
